Yesterday, February 18, 2011, we went to World Trade Center to witness the "Bakery Fair" , the event we had discovered when we were looking for our equipment's suppliers. :D
The fair was really amazing!:boogie: It showcases different equipment suppliers as well as tools and utensils for culinary.
Not only that, it had exhibit also the different works of pâtissiers around the world. There's also a lot of demo waiting for those pastry enthusiast.
